How to Read Rank Tables

Go to Rank Table for Sample Size:  [2-6][7-9][10-13][14-16][17-18][19-20][21-22][23-24][25]

 

To read the Median Rank (50%) of the 10th failure from a sample of 25 units:

1. Select the appropriate sample size table (i.e. 25).
2. Read the value for the appropriate Order Number (i.e. O/N = 10) from the 50% column, as highlighted in yellow below: 0.38161 or 38.161%.
3. For Ranks other than Median Ranks (other than 50%), use the appropriate percentage column.
