How is this On-Line Reference Arranged?

You can browse through this on-line reference by using the following two buttons that appear on the top right corner of each page:

takes you to the previous page in the sequence.
takes you to the next page in the sequence.

This reference is divided into chapters, which are identified by the icon, and then sections and subsections. Some of the subsections also have topics associated with them.

At the end of some pages in this reference, a See Also: list will appear. The See Also: list will provide links to other related topics in the reference.

Throughout this reference there are hotspots. These hotspots are always displayed similarly to a hypertext link and will take you to related items in this reference. In addition, there are a few hotspots that display a pop-up citation wherever an outside source was used in the reference. There also are a few hotspot pop-ups that will display an equation to better explain a subject.
